Wanted: Lifelong customers! Whether it's a quick last-minute mattress need, extra bedroom bed, or you are looking to invest in your overall health and sleep wellness... We Got Your Back!

Good Mattress Mattress Lifetime Warranty info: Full Replacement of your mattress! Good Mattress warrants the Mattress in its original packaging sold to you against the defects in material and workmanship set forth below (“Defects”) for the full period of ownership by you, the original purchaser, and use by you commencing from the time your Mattress is purchased by you. Mattresses must be physically located in the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii to be eligible for return and/or warranty claims.

THE FOLLOWING DEFECTS ARE COVERED:

– Deterioration causing the Mattress to have a visible indentation greater than one and one half inches (1.5”) that is not associated with an indentation or sag which results from use of an improper or unsupportive foundation or bed base. Normal wear requires that a Mattress be continuously supported by a matching foundation or adjustable bed base with a proper bed frame sufficient to support the collective weight of the Mattress and any user(s).

– Any physical flaw in the Mattress that causes the foam material to evidence degradation, split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling.

– Any manufacturing defect in the assembly of the Mattress cover.

Mattress must be free from rips, cuts in fabrics, stains, odors, & be supported on a foundation outlined by the manufacturer.

Good Mattress also offers a 120 Day Sleep trial on all new mattress purchases! Sleep trial includes an exchange for an equal or lesser value mattress of the same size. If you'd like to upgrade, ask us how! The returned mattress must be free of damage, odors, stains, rips or tears. There is a $149 local area minimum fee for white glove delivery and exchange/haul away of comfort exchange mattress.

Helix shopping questions

How should I compare Helix Core, Luxe and Elite?

Choose a mattress feel first, then compare the construction, height and features listed for that model in each collection. A higher-priced tier is not automatically the right fit for every sleeper.

Can I try Helix products in your Plano showroom?

Call (214) 425-8000 to confirm which Helix models are currently on display. Our online collection and showroom selection may differ. Find us at 3198 W. Parker Rd., Suite 3166, Plano, TX 75075, on the back / south side of the plaza.

What should I confirm before placing my order?

Confirm the exact model, size, available options, delivery service and applicable return or exchange terms. Mattress, bedding and accessory policies can differ. Ask our team about the terms for the specific Helix item you select.

Can your team help me compare Helix options?

Yes. Tell us what you like about your current sleep setup, what you want to change and the size you need. Our veteran-owned, family-operated team can help you compare the listings. Call (214) 425-8000 or email sleep@mygoodmattress.com.
